Multi-coat anti-corrosion painting using epoxy and polyurethane systems to NACE and SSPC standards.
We apply protective coating systems compliant with NACE and SSPC standards. A typical three-coat system consists of a zinc-rich primer,epoxy intermediate coat,and polyurethane topcoat. Coating specifications are selected based on environmental conditions according to ISO 12944 corrosivity categories (C1–CX). Every application is verified through DFT (dry film thickness), adhesion, and holiday testing — ensuring full coating integrity before handover.
