Surface Preparation & Sandblasting

Removal of rust, old paint, and contaminants from metal surfaces — preparation for industrial coating.

Abrasive blasting is performed to SA 2.5 and SA 3 cleanliness grades (ISO 8501-1). This ensures maximum adhesion of subsequent coatings to the metal substrate.

Abrasives used: chilled iron grit, aluminum oxide, garnet — selected based on substrate material and target profile. We operate both at our stationary workshop and via mobile field crews.
